Please ensure that the following steps have been completed before making any withdrawals:

  1. Verify your account with us
  2. Provide proof of account ownership if you are using a wallet OR
  3. Provide a recent (within the last 3 months) bank statement if you choose to use a bank transfer

Please note: we require these forms of proof to ensure that you are the account holder as we do not make payments into third-party accounts.

Following approval of the above steps and the verification of your account, your withdrawal will be processed. Withdrawals are processed weekly on the following four days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.

How Do I Verify My Account?

Our world-class payment system will prompt you to upload various documentation, such as:

  1. An official identification document (Passport, driver’s license, identity card).
  2. A selfie with an I.D. Document – your face as well as your chosen identification document must be in the frame.
